Built in Switzerland by people who understand the math behind LLMs
Bluemoon is made by a team of LLM researchers and data scientists. We help marketing teams see how AI answers represent their brand, and act on it, with numbers that are measured rather than estimated.

Purpose
Why this product exists and the one rule it keeps.
Buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google which product to choose, and the answer names a few brands. If yours is not one of them, no report tells you, and none tells you why. Bluemoon exists to make that visible: which questions, which engines, which markets, which sources, and what to do about it.
We are researchers and data scientists first. We know how a language model produces an answer, how much it varies between runs, and how easy it is to dress an estimate up as a measurement. So we set one rule early and kept it: we never invent a number. Every rate carries the count of answers behind it, a dash means not measured, and anything derived is labelled an estimate with its inputs listed.
Our line is from signals to opportunities. The signals are the answers themselves, collected daily from inside each market you sell in and stored in full. The opportunities are what those answers point to: a page to publish, a placement to earn, a listing to correct, ranked by the intent behind the question. The product’s job is to keep the link between the two, so a team can act without taking our word for it.
The team is based in Switzerland. We would rather publish the limits of a method than a bigger claim, and the methodology page is where those limits live.
How we work
Four principles that decide what ships and what does not.
Measured, not estimated
Rates are counted over stored answers. Where we do estimate, such as intent weight, the estimate is labelled and kept out of the observed rates.
Evidence attached to every claim
Every finding keeps its question, engine, market, collection time, stored answer and sources. A number you cannot trace is a number we do not show.
Collected inside each market
Answers are collected from within each country you sell in, because the same question answered in Zurich, Berlin and Austin is three measurements, not one.
Swiss-made, careful with data
Built and run from Switzerland. Your questions and answers stay in your workspace, keys are stored encrypted, and what we collect and why is written down on the security page.
