Show clients what AI says about them

Clients are asking how they show up in ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers. Bluemoon reads those answers every day, from inside each market, and keeps the evidence, so every client gets a workspace, a weekly report and rates that carry their counts.

Win the pitch, deliver the work, show what changed

Agency work runs in a loop, from the first meeting to the renewed retainer. One Bluemoon account covers every step of it.

Built for a roster

What the account team, the analyst and the client each see, and where the evidence lives.

One workspace per client, one allowance for the agency

Each client's domains, markets, tracked questions and competitors live in their own workspace. Account managers switch clients in one click, nobody sees a workspace they were not invited to, and the tracked questions, domains and markets are pooled across the agency, so a client who pauses frees allowance for the next one.

Where it sits in the plansCore covers a first roster with 150 prompts across five answer surfaces. Growth adds multimarket scaling, all seven answer surfaces, a dedicated manager and the regular reporting a retainer runs on. Enterprise and Government contracts set the scope by agreement.

Walk into the pitch with this week's answers

Before the meeting, run the free visibility report on the prospect's domain: whether AI crawlers may read it, what structured data they find, whether an llms.txt exists, scored from public signals in about 20 seconds. Then open a trial workspace on their questions and market. The first answers arrive within the hour, and the workspace becomes theirs when they sign.

What the free report readsThe free report reads public endpoints only and names what it read. The trial collects real answers from inside the prospect’s market. Nothing on either is a projection.

Reports your clients can open on Monday

Every Monday, each client domain gets a PDF: visibility and recommendation rate per market and per engine with the answer count next to each, who the engines named most on the client's topics, the sources cited most often, and the open briefs in priority order. Forward it as it is, or attach it to your monthly report as the evidence appendix.

Rates counted over stored answers. A dash means not measured.1 / 4
Every rate can be checkedA client can check any rate in the report against the stored answers behind it. Zero means the engines were asked and did not name them; a dash means it was not measured that week.

Every number opens to the answer behind it

When a client asks what changed and why, the answer is a stored answer, not a chart. Each finding in the product opens to the question it came from, the engine and market it was collected in, the time, the full answer text and the sources it cited. Briefs are written to be handed over: they name the questions, engines and sources they come from, and the intent weight behind them.

Handed to partnersContent briefs carry the questions a page should answer and the sources the engines already trust. PR briefs name the domains each engine relies on where a competitor appears and the client does not. On Enterprise and Government contracts, the cited domains and URLs are available over the API for media planning.

Seven answer surfaces, one retainer

Tracked daily on every plan that includes them, benchmarked against the competitors the client names and the ones the engines name instead.

  • ChatGPT

The surface clients ask about first. Named, recommended or absent per question, with the sources the answer relied on.

  • Claude

Collected through Anthropic's API with the client's own key, so a technical or B2B roster is measured where its buyers research.

  • Gemini

Answers change week to week. Daily collection turns a drop on Gemini into a dated trend instead of an anecdote.

  • Perplexity

Cites domains without naming brands. Citation and mention are counted separately, which matters in a client report.

  • Google AI Overviews

Questions agencies ask

Can clients log in to their own workspace?
Yes. Invite a client contact as a viewer in their workspace and they see that workspace only: the Overview, the stored answers and the reports. Each invited person uses a seat from the plan; Growth adds a dedicated manager.
How do we show a prospect something before they sign?
Run the free visibility report on their domain: about 20 seconds, no account, every check named. For observed answers, start a trial workspace on the prospect’s domain and market; the first answers arrive within the hour and the workspace becomes the client’s when they sign.
Can we white-label the weekly report?
Not today. The report is a Bluemoon PDF with the period and the answer count printed on it. Agencies attach it to their own monthly report as the evidence appendix, or forward it as it is.
How do we move allowance from one client to another?
Archive tracked questions in the workspace that needs fewer and add them in the one that needs more. Stored answers are kept when a question is archived, so a client who pauses does not lose their history.
How do we prove a change came from our work?
Bluemoon does not attribute causes it cannot observe. Each brief records when it was completed, and the rates for the questions it targeted are shown before and after, with their counts. Anything derived from that is labelled as an estimate with its inputs listed.
What happens when we outgrow Growth?
Enterprise contracts set quotas per client for questions, domains, markets, competitors and seats, with invoiced billing, a security review and a data processing agreement. Upgrades on self-serve plans apply immediately and are prorated.
