What Bluemoon observes
For the questions residents ask about the institution, collected daily from inside the country and language they ask in.
- Which sources the engines rely on when answering questions about your services, ranked by how often each is used
- Whether your official pages are among the sources cited, and for which questions they are not
- What the answers say, stored in full, so a statement about a deadline or an eligibility rule can be read exactly as a resident saw it
- Which third-party pages the engines prefer to yours, so an outdated or unofficial source can be corrected at its origin
- A stored history of answers per question, engine and market: an audit trail for when a correction was requested and what changed afterwards

- Accessibility
- Keyboard navigation and screen-reader labelling are worked on continuously and reviewed with each release. Rather than a conformance badge, we provide a current accessibility statement as part of your review: criterion by criterion, what is met today, what is not, and when we expect it to be.
- Billing
- Invoiced billing on institutional contracts, with quotas for questions, markets and seats set by contract.
- Security review
- Controls, subprocessors and data flows are documented on the security page. We answer your questionnaire from there, including data residency questions.
- Data processing agreement
- Part of the contract, in place before any data is processed.
